Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Waawun Tours:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met.
In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions:

Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in the tour or activity.

Insurance:

It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation.
